"I support the idea of Chefs for Change because I believe that plant cuisine is the future and there is no turning back. In a few decades' time people will be wondering how it is possible that they once ate meat every day. I think the current trend of reducing meat in the daily diet is growing stronger and there is no forecast that this is going to change."
