In 2017, she successfully completed a pastry course at the oldest gastronomic school in France, Ferrandi. Upon graduation, she worked at the prestigious pastry shop, Café Pouchkine, a 3* Michelin restaurant on the Champs Elysées, Le Pavillon Ledoyen*** and at the 5* Trianon Palace Hotel. Her desserts are an attempt to find an answer to the question “what will the food be like tomorrow?” in which she uses local and seasonal plant-based products.
